India WPC Certification Introduction
The Indian Wireless Planning and Coordination Bureau issued a certificate of approval for the form of radio equipment imported and sold to the Indian market on behalf of the Indian Communications Agency. Wireless products are exported to India and require WPC certification (Wireless Planning & Coordination Wing).
Indian WPC Certification Application Requirements
1. In the mainland, predict the bottom, so as not to over-retest the rectification costs in India (the fee is sent separately);
2. Look for a consulting service agency for the Indian authorities, or send a test to a customer in India;
3. Appoint a local representative to support the products of the company in India;
4. Submit the information to the Indian authorities, fill out the relevant information such as the certification service application form;
5. Select one for the mobile phone test lab, one for the battery test lab, and one for the charger test lab. (Must be a local Indian laboratory authorized by the National Telecommunications Authority of India)
6. The test is completed. The laboratory submits the test report to the National Telecommunications Bureau of India, and the National Telecommunications Agency of India will issue a certificate of conformity;
7. Prepare barcode labels: Prepare product barcode labels according to the regulations of the telecommunications bureau, which can be operated online;
8. Prepare photos inside and outside the prototype to prepare photos with labels;
9. Provide a translated user manual (manuals must be specified in the battery and charger model models);
10. Provide a technical manual for translation.
