1、Bluetooth BQB Introduction

    Bluetooth technology is a wireless communication system designed to replace cables that connect mobile and/or fixed electronic devices. Stable, low power and low cost are the main features of Bluetooth technology. The original version of Bluetooth technology is traditional Bluetooth technology, using basic rate and / or enhanced data rate transmission. Low energy technology was introduced in Bluetooth version 4.0. Products that implement only low-energy technologies are called single-mode devices. Products that implement both conventional and low-energy technologies are referred to as dual-mode devices. The Bluetooth core system includes a radio frequency transceiver, a baseband, and a protocol stack. The system provides services that enable connectivity and multiple data exchanges between different devices. 2、What is Bluetooth BQB certification?

    Bluetooth authentication is also BQB certification. In short, if your product has Bluetooth function and the Bluetooth logo is marked on the appearance of the product, you must pass a certificate called BQB. Bluetooth wordmarks and logos are available to all Bluetooth SIG member companies upon completion of certification. The Bluetooth word mark and logo are only available for related products that pass the Bluetooth qualification process.  

    With the continuous development and evolution of Bluetooth technology, we can see an important change in the Bluetooth trademark. The Bluetooth logo background color changed from dark blue to bright blue. And the new slogan beyond the imagination of the connection "unthinkably connected", meaning that the connection between Bluetooth to help people and technology will transcend the imagination, which means that the "new blue" will undoubtedly make our life better!

    It's important to note that another major change in the Bluetooth brand is the discontinuation of the Bluetooth Smart and Bluetooth Smart Ready trademarks.

    The Bluetooth word mark is also a trademark, but its word mark is unchangeable and cannot be translated into any other language. The following are the available Bluetooth word mark:

    English（Bluetooth）

    Simplified Chinese (Bluetooth)

    Traditional Chinese (Bluetooth)

    Japanese translation（ブルートゥース）

    Korean translation（블루투스）

    Regardless of the form in which the trademark of Bluetooth appears, it must add a footnote to its trademark –

    "The Bluetooth® word mark and logos are registered trademarks  owned by Bluetooth SIG, Inc., and any use of such marks by [licensee name] is under license. Other trademarks and trade names are those of their respective owners. "The size of the footnote font is not specified, but it must be clearly visible.

3、Who can use the Bluetooth brand? What are the conditions for using the Bluetooth brand?

    1、Companies must be members of the Bluetooth SIG to use the Bluetooth brand.

    2、Member companies using Bluetooth-branded products are properly qualified and comply with the Bluetooth license agreement, and must complete the qualification and declaration process through online tools managed by the Bluetooth SIG.

4、Bluetooth SIG members have the right to use Bluetooth branded products

    Use Bluetooth technology in products and services;

    Use the Bluetooth brand in products and services;

    OEM or resell products that use Bluetooth technology.

5、Currently, the Bluetooth BQB certification test accepts the version: 4.2 (inclusive) or higher
